- Business: Registered businesses with a valid trade license and a business bank account.
- Individual: Freelancers with freelancer permits, consultants, or anyone selling without a trade license.
- The account setup process helps us get to know your business. Once you’ve completed all setup steps, we’ll review your account and get back to you. This typically takes around 48 hours.

Account setup steps

- Email verification: You’ll receive a secure code to confirm your email address.

ID verification: Scan your Emirates ID and record a quick selfie video.
Here are a few things you might find helpful in this step:
- Place your Emirates ID on a flat surface.
- Make sure there’s no glare or reflections during scanning
- Hold your phone steady while taking the selfie
- Use good lighting (natural light works best!)
- Ensure you’re alone in the frame
- Wipe your front and back cameras to improve image quality

- A utility bill (Etisalat, du, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Empower, or FEWA)

- Use a recent utility bill (from the last 3 months) that’s easy to read. A PDF is best.
- Make sure your name and address are clearly visible on your documents.
