Adding a team member

  1. Tap Team > ⠇, or Create (if this is your first team member).
  2. Choose how to add them
    • Import from contacts
      • Tap Import.
      • Review and fill in any missing information.
      • Assign a role, then tap Create & Invite.
    • Create manually
      • Tap Create.
      • Enter their name, email address, phone number, and job title.
      • Assign a role, then tap Create & Invite.

Removing a team member

  1. Tap Teams or go to Settings > Manage your team.
  2. Select the team member you want to remove.
  3. Tap ⠇ and choose Remove.
  4. Confirm to complete the removal.
Once removed, they’ll no longer have access to your business.

Resending an invite

Resend an invitation when it is missed or lost in the inbox.
  1. Tap Teams or go to Settings > Manage your team
  2. Select the team member you want to reinvite.
  3. Tap ⠇ and select Resend invite to send a new invitation to their email.

Updating team member information

  1. Tap Teams or go to Settings > Manage your team.
  2. Tap on the team member you want to update.
  3. Tap ⠇ and select Edit.
  4. Update the fields as needed and tap Save to save your changes.

Team Member Limits

You can add up to a certain number of team members for free, depending on your Price Plan.
Weekly plan
Two day plan
Up to 2 team members for free
Up to 5 team members for free
Additional active Team Members will be charged at AED 7/month A Team Member is considered active when they process a successful charge in any given month period. For example, if you’re on the Weekly Plan and have added 10 Team Members but only 4 of them are active, then you’d pay AED 14 for the additional Team Members.
