Payouts can be delayed if there are national holidays in the countries where our banking partners are located. We’ll notify you of any upcoming payout holidays. You can keep selling to your customers as normal during this time. Completed payments will be paid out on the next eligible payout cycle. Here is a list of primary holidays that may affect payouts:

UAE

  • Gregorian New Year: 1 January
  • Eid Al Fitr: From 29 Ramadan to 3 Shawwal*
  • Arafah day and Eid Al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice): From 9 to 12 Dhu al Hijjah*
  • Hijri New Year (Islamic New Year): First day of Muharram*
  • Prophet Muhammad’s birthday: 12th day of Rabi al-Awwal*
  • National Day: 2 and 3 December

KSA

  • Foundation Day: 22 February
  • Eid Al Fitr: From 29 Ramadan to 3 Shawwal*
  • Arafah day and Eid Al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice): From 9 to 12 Dhu al Hijjah*
  • National Day: 7 September
