Every Link you create comes with features to help you sell more easily, get paid faster, and keep control over how payments work.

Adding prices

When you create a Link, you can immediately set the price for your first product.
  • To edit the price, tap Item Name
  • To use a different currency, select one from the currency list

Adding products

Your first product will be named Item Name by default.
  • Tap on a product to edit its name and quantity
  • To add more products, tap Add Item
  • To delete a product, swipe left on it
  • To add products directly from your Catalogue, tap Add Product
Give your Link a name to help customers understand what the payment is for. For example, your , the product name, or any clear description your customers will recognise.

Adding a note

Add notes to describe the product or service you’re charging for. For example, “Hair care kit for kids” or “Gift box for wife”.

Adding a discount

To apply a discount, select a preset discount percentage or tap + to apply a fixed discount amount. To remove a discount, swipe left on it.
Discounts will apply to the subtotal before Tax.

Asking for a shipping address

Toggle this on to request your customer’s shipping address in the Link. You can view the submitted address in the charge details screen.

Letting the customer add a tip

Toggle this on to let customers leave a tip. Tips are added to the total payment amount.

Enabling Buy Now, Pay Later payment options

If Tabby and Tamara are enabled in your settings, they’ll be toggled on automatically on your Links. Toggle Tabby and Tamara off if you don’t want your customers to see them as payment options at checkout.

Applying Service Fee

The Service Fee feature allows you to add a small fee to transactions, which your customers pay on top of the original amount. If Service Fee is enabled in your settings, you’ll have the option to toggle it off for a specific Link. Learn more about managing Service Fees

Setting an expiry

Use this if you want your Link to stop accepting payments after a certain point. You can set it to expire on a specific date or after a set number of successful payments.

Adding a Custom Field

Add a text field to collect extra details from your customers at checkout, like a gift message, preferred colour, or size. Customers will see the field when they open the Link and can type in their response. You can view their response in the charge details screen.
