Every Invoice you create is packed with helpful features to tailor your offers and speed up payments. Here’s what you can control when creating one:

Adding prices

When you create an Invoice, you can immediately set the price for your first product.
  • To edit the price, tap Item Name
  • To use a different currency, select one from the currency list

Adding products

Your first product will be named Item Name by default.
  • Tap on a product to edit its name and quantity
  • To add more products, tap Add Item
  • To delete a product, swipe left on it
  • To add products directly from your Catalogue, tap Add Product

Adding a discount

  • To add a discount to an Invoice, tap Discount
  • Enter your preferred discount percentage or fixed discount amount
Discounts will apply to the subtotal before Tax.

Adding a Customer

Add a Customer from your list to receive the Invoice. If you have no Customer, you can create one. Learn more about how to create a new Customer
Reminders and recurring Invoices will go to this Customer’s email.

Adding an Invoice number

Add your own Invoice number to match your business records. If you leave it blank, we’ll generate an Invoice number for you.

Adding a title

Add a title to your Invoice to help your customer quickly identify what the Invoice is for. For example, “July Graphic Design Services” or “Furniture Order #002”.

Setting a recurring schedule

Use this feature to automate repeat invoices. Set a frequency (days, weeks, months, or years) and choose when the cycle should end using an end date or after a set number of Invoices.

Adding a note

Add notes to describe the product or service you’re charging for. For example, “Hair care kit for kids” or “Gift box for wife”.

Asking for a shipping address

Toggle this on to request your customer’s shipping address in the Invoice. You can view the submitted address in the Invoice details screen.

Including attachments

Include files to support your Invoice, whether it’s a product image, contract, or proof of work.
  • Tap Attachments and select the files from your device.
  • To remove a file, tap the trash next to it.

Adding a due date

Tap Due Date and select the latest date you want the payment to be made.

Including a service date

Add a service date if your Invoice relates to a service provided on a particular day.

Adding payment reminders

Tap Payment Reminder and choose when you want reminders sent to your Invoice recipient’s email. You can set as many reminders as you’d like to be delivered before, on, or after the due date.

Enabling Buy Now, Pay Later payment options

If Tabby and Tamara are enabled in your settings, they’ll be toggled on automatically on your Invoice. Toggle Tabby and Tamara off if you don’t want your customers to see them as payment options at checkout.

Applying Service Fee

The Service Fee feature allows you to add a small fee to transactions, which your customers pay on top of the original amount. If Service Fee is enabled in your settings, you’ll have the option to toggle it off for a specific Invoice. Learn more about managing Service Fees.

Adding a Custom Field

Add a text field to collect extra details from your customers at checkout, like a gift message, preferred colour, or size. Customers will see the field when they open the Invoice and can type in their response. You can view their response in the charge details screen.
